Every project maintains a title, notes, timeline bounds, and archive state. Project palette colors are computed automatically from project titles via a deterministic mathematical algorithm, delivering harmonic contrast without requiring manual palette curation.
3. Integrated Pomodoro Timer
A deep-work timer anchored to the real-time system clock, offering compact persistent bars and platform-native integrations (Live Activities on iOS and continuous Foreground Services on Android).
4. Billing Analytics & Dashboard
Monitors cumulative hours, percentage distributions, billable quotas, and revenue estimates based on hourly rates and VAT tiers, exporting instant PDF summaries and CSV spreadsheets.
