External Sources and Downloads

Adding Aidoku repositories, Paperback clients, Suwayomi servers, and managing offline chapter downloads in rManga.

Connecting External Repositories

In addition to local archives, rManga supports modular remote sources:

Community Repositories (Aidoku Standard)

  • Add third-party extension repositories using manifest URLs (e.g., https://.../index.min.json).
  • Quick configuration via deep links: tapping a link with the scheme rmanga://add-repo?url=... launches the app and imports the repository automatically.

Suwayomi & Paperback Servers

  • Connect to local or remote self-hosted Suwayomi instances to browse and stream your home comic server securely.

Offline Reading & Downloads

Prepare for travel or offline reading:

  • Individual or Batch Downloads: tap the download button beside any chapter or choose “Download all unread chapters”.
  • Download Queue Manager: monitor background download progress from a dedicated transfer panel.
  • Downloaded Filter: toggle the “Downloaded only” view in your library to access locally cached volumes while disconnected from the internet.
